Pcb Eyeleting Machines

Stanley Machine Tools has introduced pedestal type RSPA Series automatic eyelets feed and eyelets setting machines for PCB's. These machines are controlled electronically, allowing the use of unskilled operators and are equipped with short post having 225 mm troth depth. The unique mechanism with hopper and track/magazine enables it to feed, insert and set the eyelets into the PCB automatically. These machines have capacity from 1 mm to 6 mm eyelet shank dia and 1.5 mm to 16 mm length. The machine comes totally tooled up, the customer just requires to connect air and electricity to start it. Besides PCB eyelets, these machines are suitable for setting eyelets and semi-tubular rivets used in electronic/electrical assemblies/parts, jewellery, toys, house hold domestic appliances, optical instruments, camera assembly, automobile clutch liners, brake liners, and many more similar applications.
