On Line Corrosion Probe (ER/LPR)

The company offers On-line and Portable Corrosion Monitoring systems. The On Line corrosion Probe (ER/LPR) is an electrical resistance probe. Overview: retractable or for fixed and adjustable threaded mounting type probe for 2" access fitting; optional 316 SS body Or Incoloy body selection of various Element type and Size – 0.25 mm, 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm; optional element material –carbon steel or other option available; and optional element type as per temperature and pressure – (FL, AF, BA) for 150°C and 3600 PSI, (FG, FD, WL, WT, TL, TS, TW, TV) for 260°C and 6000 PSI, (TH, TT) for 450°C and 3600 PSI. Features and benefits: ER probes are used for measuring metal loss due to corrosion/erosion in process application; usable in almost any environment being independent of the process properties; good response for corrosion measurement; and at 10 mils per year metal is lost at the rate of 0.00003" per day (0.01"/365). The probe will detect a 10 MPY corrosion rate is 2/3 of a day or 16 hours. Available models: PERACXXXFL10A07, PERACXXXFG40A07, PERACXXXWL40A06 and PERACXXXTV80A06.
