Interface Modules

The new interface modules from Connectwell ease PLC wirings in CNC machines. The IMRE1SS16/CNC series provides connection possibility for both the input and output side of a PLC in a single module. This new series is compatible with various PLCs from Fanuc, GE, Mitsubishi, Schneider and Siemens. Product specifications: 24 inputs and 16 outputs; contact rating – 10 A, 250 V AC; standard coil voltage – 24 V DC; relay contact terminals designed for 2.5 sq.mm/12 AWG wires; DIN rail mounting; all relay coils fitted with a back emf protection diode; relay coil status indication by red LED (On for relay energised); and relay type –Omron single change over (other brands available on request). These modules can be supplied with the relay directly soldered on the PCB or even without relays (with relay base only so that relay can be plugged in at later stage by the user). They can also be supplied with non-standard coil voltages like 12 V DC, 48 V DC, etc.
