Kistler-Morse Automation offers Masterweigh 5, precise, second generation, microprocessors-based integrators, which are modular in design, comprising main processors and power supply boards mounted in Nema 4 enclosures. These integrators are easily field-servicable and are designed for use with a range of belt scales. These are ideal replacement for older loadcell-based installations. Standard features include, simple menu-driven interface, 2 x 40 character LCD backlit displays, local mass rate and total readings, remote totaliser outputs selectable as either 5 V DC, 28 V DC or voltage-free contacts, optically-isolated 4 mA to 20 mA rate output, system status alarms relays indicating weigher healthy programmable auto zero tracking function with high/low limits automatic zero and span adjustments, belt speed indication and enterable data security user codes.
