Integrated Diode Network

California Micro Devices offers integrated diode network for current and upcoming high speed computer bus line termination. The PAC DNO05 is available in a 24 pin QSOP package and provides effective termination independent of external line or card loading conditions for high speed PCI buses, RISC and embedded microprocessor buses, high speed SDRAM, and memory buses. It addresses current and upcoming requirements of computer buses where data transmission rates exceed 50 MHz such as in peripheral component interface buses where board density is critical, cache memory buses, and high performance RISC or embedded microprocessor buses.
