Flexible Membrane Keyboard

Linepro Controls is specialised in designing and manufacturing Membrane Keyboards as per specific needs of clients. It has fully equipped in-house design department with trained engineers using latest design software. The manufacturing facilities include state-of-the-art automatic machines enabling quality, volume and timely production and deliveries. The membrane keyboards can be supplied with selective gloss and matt finishes. Dome switches are available both in metal and plastic as per clients’ requirement. Membrane keyboards are available in flexible and rigid varieties with tactile and non-tactile switch effects. A Flexible Membrane Keyboard has two screen printed polyester films with conductive ink to form the circuit layers of the keyboard. Between the two circuits, a die cut spacer at contact points is placed. To complete the circuit a touch of finger on the die cut holes allows to close the contact. Upon release, the circuit is broken. The user can identify the specific key contacts through a graphic overlay. For interfacing with the customers’ electronics, the panel back is laminated with an adhesive for mounting on a backer or enclosure, which can be terminated to a male/female clincher connector.
