Electronic Optical Routing Machine

The electronic optical routing machine from Johann Eberhard, Austria, is an exclusively designed versatile machine for the woodworking industry. It can handle many jobs economically. These include cabinet doors, engraving, plastic cutting, arts and crafts, and furniture design. It is easy to operate and requires minimal training. Tracing patterns can be designed by using a black felt marker on white paper. Different table sizes are available for the machine; the table can be produced according to special requirements. Model NLCT-2000 is totally solid state, and uses state-of-the-art circuitry, including integrated circuits, solid-state scanner and permanent magnet DCD drive motors, to obtain the wide speed range required for high performance optical tracing. Technical specifications of the machine include tracing modes (right and left edges of the line), X and Y co-ordinate power drive modes, and tracing speed of 50 mm to 750 mm per minute. Pattern line width must be at least 1 mm with a separation of 3 mm minimum. Patterns can be designed by black permanent marker on white paper. The NLCT-2000 meets CE requirements. Mains voltage is 230, 50 Hz; power input for the machine is 80 W and for the router 1,800 W.
