Bombay Tools Supplying Agency offers Electronic Level with Bluetooth Technology - the latest generation of inclination measuring instruments and systems for flatness, squareness and parallelism measurements from Wyler AG, Switzerland. This newest generation of high precision electronic inclination measuring instruments is specifically suitable for the precision measurement of smallest angles. Applications are therefore in particular the measurement of flatness of surface plates or the measurement of the geometry of machine tools. The sensor itself, the heart of every precision measuring instrument, has been further developed as well, to allow precise measurements even under critical environmental conditions. BlueSYSTEM is optimised for wireless transmission of the data. The new software MT-SOFT provides the possibility to measure independently the single components of a machine with standard WYLER inclination measuring instruments, to store these measurements and at the end to compare the individual measurements “in space” and to save consistent findings regarding the overall accuracy of the machine, e.g., the vertical rotating axis can be put in relation to horizontal guide ways. The transparent structure of the software allows to easily measure even complex machines besides the typical application of calibration of surface plates.
