Recording system activates itself the moment the line is in use to record both sides of conversation. It also supports 24 hr long-term recording depending on the hard disk space of the computer. The recorded call can be played back to listen to the particular call. It writes down all call logs such as dial number and caller ID and supports complex inquiry indexed by date, caller ID, call type. It also gives a report on call logs processing. Software provided with it can be accessed through PC to monitor events in real time, query, and call record. Software can be configured to meet user requirements. Password protection allows only authorised manager/administrator to access recorded data/conversation/modify system settings and perform system exit. Versatile report formats and quick search function facilitates to list, view and print recorded call by phone number, time incoming/outgoing, call duration.
