Digital flow control system

This is a microprocessor-based system manufactured by Control Dynamics Systems. It has programmable 4-digit ltr/min display system and six digits flow totaliser. The data is stored in permanent memory. Relay setting is programmable and also stored in permanent memory. No battery is required, this being 230V AC mains operated unit with 6-digit being displayed on .56" LED display and 4-digit on 0.3" LED display. Relay operations cab reset either by front panel switch or external rear panel connection. All parameters are entered through membrane keyboard. Sensor is Digmesa German make available up to 125?C temperature for any chemical applications. The unit is offered in 96 x 96 mm DIN size. The control portion is using output from totaliser and separate four-digit display is available for flow rate and set rate. The output of controller is applied to drive of motor with or without PID action. The optional RS 232/RS 485 interface is also available. If sensor to unit distance is long, extra interface card is available for remote data collections. These are ideal for hot and cold liquids.
