Dielectric sealer for blood bags

Novel packaging offers new dielectric sealer for blood bags with improved features. When in operation, the dielectric sealer generates strong radio frequency for melting called dielectric heating. When tube is inserted into sealing head and when actuated by push button, heat is generated very quickly and tube melts in a few seconds and then cools to form a seal. Salient features include: portable (6 kg) dielectric sealer for bench top use; warming not required, advanced sealing technology; low sealing time; battery operated units are also available; membrane switch with attractive front panel; and in built voltage stabilizer. The company also manufactures a wide range of sealing machines for plastics with applications in packaging, glove making, collapsible tube sealing, special purpose bag making, HF and ultrasonic plastic welding. Special purpose welding machines as per customer requirements are also available.
