DEMAGNETIZERS

Amrut Enterprises offer Demagnetizers. It offers excellent performance. It is highly reliable. It is basically categorised into two types: 1. Aperture type - a) Focused flux continuous duty and b) Low cost intermittent duty. 2. V-type - Aperture/ Tunnel Type. Apertures are as per size requirement. Focused flux continuous duty version has a unique feature of very strong negative flux at very low current which gives power saving as well as perfect demagnetization up to 0- 2 gauss as per international standards. The low cost intermittent duty demagnetizers are used for occasional work. Features: made out of bakelite, extending chutes, continuous duty. V type - these demagnetizers are used to demagnetize components collectively, i.e., a stack of components can be demagnetized at one stroke, e.g., piston rings, compressor parts, engine metal gaskets, etc. Advantages - saving of power, saving of time.
