A standard unit can be operated on any DC voltage from 20V to 70V. These units are designed with latest MOSFET/IGBT technology and provide high efficiency and unmatched level of performance and reliability. These are available in air cooled/oil cooled, indoor/outdoor and single phase/three phase type. The present ratings are 1V, 1A to 150V,1000A.
