Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc., is a solutions provider that saves the customer time, space and money. If one can "think outside of the box" and consider the overall application the solution may not be traditional components and designs. In fact, ASI?s engineering department works daily with customers to provide alternative designs to costly installations of connectors, terminal blocks, relays and the other numerous components that take up space in the equipment, require a great deal of installation time and costs to manufacture. In many cases, the customer starts with a DIN rail terminal block and component assembly and ends up with a more functional, lower cost and smaller unit as shown in the photo. In this case the custom relay interface module replaced a substantial number of components and saved the customer a great deal of installation time with a more cost-effective package.
