Compact Vision System

Keyence Corporation"s CV Series compact vision system provides a processing time of 1/60 second, high resolution of 240,000 pixels, and a 10,000 second synchronizing shutter. Other features include illumination adjustment, auto tracking, and pattern making. A 256-level gray search function improves the reliability of positioning and shape differentiation. Four image processing modes are offered: area detection, pattern matching, absolute position detection, and relative position detection. Use of a PC is not required. All the settings and detection conditions can be checked by accessing one screen.
