CHOKES/BALLASTS

Arjun Magnetics manufactures Chokes/Ballasts. It is used for slim, open tube lights. It is available in 9, 11, 14, 18 and 36 W for use in CFL and florescent lamps. It is manufactured with the latest technology using, U&T laminations manufactured out of very low watt loss M 45 C 6 coated CRNO electrical steel. ISI/ BIS quality copper wire of correct gauge and correct number of turns is used to wind coils, using CNC winding machines. The coils are well protected and ballasts are assembled. The terminals are wound on the copper tinned pins. Maintaining correct air gap, the chokes are crimped, to the bottom plate when the performance of the ballasts is at its peak. The entire choke is vacuum impregnated in white varnish, along with the side covers and dried in an oven connectors with brass parts are used to slide into the terminal pins and then it is fixed. The chokes/ballasts are spray painted in a dust-proof room and dried. Then the chokes are tested for various electrical parameters. These chokes/ballasts save up to 40% of energy and work even at low voltages of 150 V. They can be used in places where the voltage is less and where old type chokes do not work. They can be used in modern buildings due to their aesthetic looks. Sturdy construction protects it from extreme weather. They enhance the life of the fluorescent lamp (tube), by starting in one flicker. They are non-electronic. They can be supplied with the specially made patties (battens). They can be replaced with ordinary old chokes. They are made to international standards.
