Selectron has developed the Selecontrol MAS with the decentralised CPU 71x with CAN connection. In a compact version (155 x 85 x 59 mm), the user disposes of powerful controllers with IEC 1131 programming, CAN and RS 232 interfaces. The base units are already equipped with digital and analog I/Os and, together with the expansion units DIT and DOT, a CAN-PLC of up to 64 I/Os can be realised. Main application areas are in the machine and installation business and in building automation.
