BGA Rework Station

Southasia Electronics Technology (SAET) has introduced in the Indian market very strong BGA Rework Station, Model RW-9200 with CE certify electrical switching component which is very economical in pricing, launched by M/s Shuttle Star, Singapore. Some of its strong features are listed below: placement and reflow in single axis; powerful top hot air heater (1000 W); bottom hot air heater (800 W) and IR Area (3600 W) heater for easier temperature profile setting; automatic servo control BGA placement and removal function; placement accuracy 25 micron; colour optic auto focus system with 22x optical zoom and 220x digital zoom function and able to focus up to 70 x 70 mm BGA; 10.4” touch screen panel with Siemens PLC control and 5 thermocouple input for reflow profiling; reflow head and optic unit can be shift to different PCB position for rework; N2 option; applicable PCB size – min 20 x 20 mm and max 450 x 400 mm; applicable PCB thickness – 0.5 to 5 mm; and applicable BGA size – 1 x 1 mm to 70 x 70 mm.
