Batch Modules

Polmon Instrtuments offers Batch Module, Model DPI-10F. This is specially developed to ease out the process of generating a batch process report for electronic data recording in pharmaceutical industry. This instrument is user friendly and easy to operate. The instrument is manufactured in accordance with CGMP and GAMP guidelines. Technical specification: USP: smart dual channel temperature transmitter/indicator with optional two relay control outputs and digital event marking provides differential/average of channel 1 and 2 data or diagnostic mode; intelligent diagnostics like sensor failure, out of calibration and communication failure; programmable 0-999 operation no."s (or) batch product no., (0-9) and operation no., (0-99) to mark the events of the batch process; and flame proof enclosure for hazardous areas. Salient features: analog input types RTD, 4-20 mA; supports relay control outputs and current retransmission; 4-20 mA retransmission output for process value/set value; user-friendly local software calibration (instrument and sensor) facility available; errors associated with 4~20 mA eliminated with high-speed digital communication; industrial standard high-speed RS 485 communication with 38.4Kbps baud; nonvolatile flash memory for storing program parameters; and status bar LEDs indicates the instrument functionality.
