100-W VHF Band-3 TV transmitter

The Power Amplifier uses high Gain Broadband MOSFET RF devices to generate 120W output power. The driver amplifier and the Power Amplifier stages operate in class-A mode for better linearity and low third order effects. The 120W Power Amplifier has a built-in Switched Mode Power Supply, Linearity Corrector and a Controller card for Monitoring and Control of the Power Amplifier. The PA is protected from VSWR, Thermal, over Drive and Over Voltage faults that could occur in course of operation.
