Wireless Remote Control System

Adiv Techno Services Inc offers a Wireless Remote Control System based on the new concept radio equipment from M/s Circuit Design Inc., Japan. The NT-4/NR-4 – 2.4 GHz ISM band (2,403 to 2,480 MHz) wireless remote control system is ready to use instantly. With the proprietary protocol, using frequency hopping (FHSS) for transmission, avoids the conflicts and reduces communication problems due to interference from other radio equipment within the same area. One can use several units within the same area without having to worry about channel management. The one-way communication method allows the user to transmit switching signals from four contacts to achieve simple wireless remote control. Two-way communication takes place between NT4 and NR4 for monitoring the link status to ensure the reliable and secure communication. Remote controller unit NT- 4 is compact with ABS body, having four operational buttons, with 1 lithium button battery consuming about current as low as 4 mA. The remote controller can only be turned off with the automatic shutdown function. Output unit NR-4 has contact outputs for four circuits, uses fully isolated photo MOSFET outputs, enabling direct drive of relays. Based on application one can select from four output control modes (Mono-shot, Toggle, Switching, Momentary, i.e., continuous) in the output unit NR-4. A usable communication range of 100 mtr line of sight can be achieved (communication between the NT-4 remote controller and NR-4 output unit is 1:1 only). However the range may be affected by the environment. The device is suited for the applications that require reliable high quality communication. Using the 2.4 GHz band frequency enables continuous transmission and if one sets the output control mode of the NR4 unit to momentary mode, a continuous output can be achieved.
