Rasci Instruments, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, offers a customised PLC Control Panel. The panel is constructed of mild steel with powder coating or stainless steel. It is provided with one or two doors, depending on the size. RPCP Series panels are available in many models as per application. The control panel accepts single phase or three phase mains supply. The output is controlled by a contactor or DC/AC drive or PLC control design as per controlling accuracy of the process. The controlling device used is OL starter or Star/Delta starter or auto power controller or PLC logic microprocessor based hydraulic controller or PC based controller. The panel design provides state-of-the- art controlling technology. Rasci control panels have voltmeter, ammeter, indicating lamp, separate circuit On/Off switch, cooling fan, air filter for dust proofing, power factor control process data logger for PC interfacing, memory storage 1000 data per channel direct printer port and suitable software package. The panel is compact in size, and quality wiring with wire tray. The unit can be drawn from the front for easy servicing.
