PID Controller

The PID Controller, 2500 Series is a high performance controller for melts pressure control and tension control for extruder application. There is a possibility of 2 PID loops in one controller and also the flexibility of adding extra digital outputs, when by default there is already four relay outputs available. The display is of 5 digits having 100,000 resolutions. Apart from this, the controller supports distinct math functions typically necessary for differential pressure control. Two isolated analogue outputs are also available for control. This controller provides high applicative flexibility in systems that control and monitor pressure, force, temperature, and differential pressure. One can even connect 2 melt pressure transducers and one melt pressure transmitter to a single unit, which can be used for setting the melt pressure and also the filter change indication. Differential pressure control is also possible.
