Energy Analysers

Neptune (India) Ltd, in collaboration with Ducati Energia, Italy, has developed a new and low cost range of panel board type energy analysers: Mach-Smart, Mach-30 (3-phase), and Mech-20 (single phase). These have been designed and produced for both LV and HV side with adjustable CT/PT ratio. They directly measure phase-neutral voltage: frequency, phase current and compute other quantities such as: voltage between times; phase power factors; apparent active reactive phase power, 3 phase system power - (installation/average and maximum as the average power is computed in a time period defined by the user); phase active and reactive phase power, three phase system energies are always displayed irrespective of any acquisition page on one instrument; Mach 30 and Mach-Smart can display 59 and 17 electrical parameters directly on the instrument, respectively; and all the above quantities can be recalled in successive pages on LCD, located on the instrument's front panel together with command selection keys. Every energy analyser is fitted with RS485 serial port, which is very important, because it enables to set up an analyser network up to 247 instruments on one communication port. It can be controlled by software - WINDAT or MACHNET: specially created for the purpose, which can be installed on a PC running under WINDOWS 3.XX or WINDOWS 95/98. It is also possible to access any instrument for its real time value of up to 70 parameters.
