Trinity Enterprises offers a range of DNC controllers from Cybelec, Switzerland, one of the leading manufacturers of numerical controllers for sheet metal forming. Designed with the operator in mind, these controllers allow substantial gains in productivity whether producing one-offs or large production runs. Using state-of-the-art technology, Cybelec controllers provide precise control over all aspects of the machine operation. All controllers are menu driven to allow ease of use. Wide ranges of controllers are available to suit customer's specific requirements. From controllers for simple jobbing applications, right through to controllers with 3D programming and simulation of folded products. Software is also available for off-line programming, folding simulation and conversion of DXF drawings to programs. Features: Menus driven with keys access levels; direct angle programming; material type selection; programmable tonnage protection for tooling; automatic pressure setting; controller automatically sets tonnage accordingly to each individual fold; automatic metric/ imperial conversion; all axes will automatically calibrate (index) upon start up of the machine; absolute or relative incremental positioning of back gauge; RS 232 port standard; and multi-lingual.
