Burner Monitor

Digital Devices offers Burner monitors, DDL-810/817. These digital devices are microprocessor based controllers for oil fired burners. Model DDL-810 is a compact ABS moulded box suitable for floor and rail mounting - size 96 (L) x 70 (B) x 110 (D) mm. DDL-817 is compact aluminium moulded box suitable for panel mounting - size 96 (L) x 96 (B) x 100 (D) mm. Features: microprocessor based design for high reliability; LED indication for process progress display; versatile control unit suited for various oil fired burners popularly used in small boilers and furnaces; and alternative models are available for gas/coal and user specific burners. These burners serve as an onsite replacement control unit for small boilers. Various models have been developed to facilitate pin compatibility with various makes of domestic and imported controllers. However, reliability and economy have been the major design considerations. The microprocessor-based design will considerably increase the life and reliability of the flame sensors as well. In fact, it is a major factor for failure in the case of existing controllers. Additionally, DDL-810/817 also incorporates the delay time required for opening of oil solenoid valve, thus saving the cost of additional external timer.
