Burner management systems

Zenith Marketing and Consultants offers Burner managment system manufactured by Dunphy Combustions, UK. The thermal systems are eco-friendly with low NOx emission and results in considerable fuel savings/operating cost. The Gas burners have capacity from 1-35,000 kW. Oil burners are manufactured in capacities from 12-35000 kW. In litre terms this is equal to firing about 1- 3200 Litres/hour. They can supply burners suitable for refinery bottoms, which has a very high viscosity and has to be pre-heated to about 200?C for firing in a burner. These burners have special valve blocks, which clears the fuel left in the block before shutting down. Dunphy can supply burners for simultaneously firing up to 3 different fuels with proper combustion control through their Ratiotronic controllers with oxygen trim for good combustion. With gas firing in a boiler/thermic heater it is possible to achieve a thermal efficiency of up to 96% with the moisture in the flue gases condensing.
