Air Cooled Cables

Torsion Engineering offers Air Cooled Cables, which are manufactured by round stranded copper cables with a diameter of wire 0.1- 0.3 mm. The surface of the wires are normally bare or on request tinned. Maximum cross section 1,000 sq.mm.

The contact areas are assembled with solderless pressed Copper connectors.

It is possible to deliver all types with or without insulation. The material of the standard insulation is PVC but on request other materials like silicon etc. are possible. Cables in variable lengths and with different drilling as required, are also manufactured. Current load must be reduced by 15% while using insulated cables. When placing an order, please specify the length and if necessary the material of the insulation.
