Vacuum generator

Festo Controls has launched new vacuum generators, VN Series, where productivity is pre-programed. These come without any wearing parts for durability and functional reliability. The vacuum generators can be easily integrated into the compressed air network, with the Quick Star connections or any other common connection system. With a current range of 12 different designs, in 2 vacuum ranges and four performance classifications and with Laval nozzle diameters of 0.45/0.70/0.95 and 1.4 mm, a solution is available for almost any handling task, particularly when combined with the components in the comprehensive vacuum program. VAD New Line concentrates consistently on the modularity and plug-and-play capability required by the industry. The range covers vacuum generators with or without silencers, with or without connections, with controlled or uncontrolled exhaust air. And in two basic types of design: Inline and Standard for the 90? vacuum connection. The straight inline version is primarily directed at minimising the fitting space and is particularly suitable for applications where space is at a premium, for example in the electronics industry. The extremely wide vacuum gripper program ESG can be fully linked to the modular vacuum generator concept. Over 2000 variants in modular design are available, to provide the ideal solution to every requirement.
