The company provides turnkey solutions for following types of steel towers and structures, including engineering designs, drawings, manufacture, supply and installation: transmission line towers up to 765 kV; steel structures for emergency restoration system for transmission line; substation gantry and equipment support structures; and microwave towers-ground based and roof tops (lattice, pipe and hybrid). Special work features: Utkarsh towers and structures are fabricated at the company’s plant at Jangalpur, Howrah (West Bengal); the plant is equipped with the latest manufacturing facilities; manufacturing capacity – 24000 MT; 4 CNC angle and plate lines; 2 galvanizing baths of 8 and12.3 mtr lengths; in-house chemical and physical testing facilities using modern equipment; complete traceability of materials; and quality conforming to various international standards. The company has supplied over 30,000 MT towers and structures to various utilities across India.
