Eritech Limited offers Transmission & Distribution Line Materials. The company provides a wide range of wire and conductor products for use on worldwide T and D lines, along with a complete range of line hardware and conductor accessories. The activity also includes erection of lines, optical fibre and sub-stations on turnkey basis. The products manufactured are conductors like aluminum conductor, ACSR, aluminum alloy conductor, AAAC, galvanised steel, copper stranded, AS, PVC, earth wire and more. Other products are helical fittings that are manufactured from high-strength specially treated aluminum alloy rods and are finally ball-ended or parrot-bill-ended (for EHV lines). Helical product range includes armour grip suspension, armour rods, line guards, distribution tie, side tie, spool tie, distribution grip, guy grip, service grip, conductor splice, spiral vibration damper, lashing rod and T-connector. Other products manufactured by Eritech are spacers, dampers, spacer, optical fibre installation, substation construction, SCADA and power-loss reduction. The company has developed a program for power loss reduction and capacity augmentation on existing power lines, which is set to reduce losses by 15-20 per cent. The initiative has been expanded further with the company"s state-of-the-art training centre that provides courses and instructions on power-loss reduction, effective T&D practices, augmentation of power capacity on existing networks and optimal conductor designs. The facility is equipped with scaled-down prototype models to provide hands-on experience in this area.
