Elec Steel Processing Industries, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, offers Transformer Laminations for transformers up to 150 MVA width up to 800 mm are available, and now up to 1200 kV Class up to 1000 mm width. Options (and/or): 45 degree design; rectangular design; ‘V’ notches; single or multiple holes design; and step lap design vertical, horizontal, and variable vertical. Transformer core is manufactured by imported CRGO electrical silicon steel as per customer specifications and required grades. The range also includes: distribution transformer laminations; furnace transformer laminations; locomotive transformer laminations; and potential transformer laminations. The company has Full-fledged facilities include slitting, cutting, notching, punching, annealing, core loss testing, painting, etc., under one roof; and complete testing laboratory to measure core losses, consistency of material during production with Epstein bridge, single strip watt loss testing machine and power analyser for testing No Load Losses for assembled core.
