Spring Loaded Terminal Blocks In Poly 66

Connectwell Industries offers a range of Spring Loaded Terminal Blocks in Poly 66: CTS4USC, CTS6USC and CTS10USC. These modified versions of feed through terminal blocks come with springs below the clamps. These terminal blocks are preferred for connections that involve safety requirements of the Electric Supply Industry (ESI) standards, British CEGB regulations and NTPC applications. In addition to the high torque screws, these blocks have a built-in spring loading feature. It is recommended to use hook type lug/ferrule for terminating wires in such connections. These terminal blocks have a specially designed current bar for the right location and placement of wires crimped in hook type lug/ferrule, thus preventing loosening of the wires even when the screw clamps are not tightened. Technical details: material – PA66; clamping range – 0.5-6 sq.mm (CTS6USC), stranded wire – 0.5-4 sq.mm (CTS4USC), 0.5-10 sq.mm (CTS6USC and CTS10USC), and solid wire – 0.5-6 sq.mm (CTS4USC) and 0.5-16 sq.mm (CTS10USC); rated voltage – 1000 V; and current rating -32 A (CTS4USC), 41 A (CTS6USC) and 57 A (CTS10USC).
