Solid Copper Earth Rods

Gujarat Copper Alloys Limited offers GCAL brand Solid Copper Earth Rods made from high conductivity hard drawn copper. These are ideally suitable where soil conditions are very corrosive, such as soil with salt and moisture content. These rods are also available with tin plating in order to reduce the risk of oxidation and increasing shelf life. In 1992, the company started with its first unit, viz., Sunrise Metal Industries, for manufacturing copper strips, rods and profiles. With increasing market, in 1994 the company started with one more unit, viz., Sunmet Industries. In 2005, the group took a backward integrated step and started with a complete integrated plant from melting to finishing facilities in-house. With lab testing and entire tool room facilities in-house, it is now able to delivery best quality products and timely delivery.
