Slip ring collectors

Slipring collectors assembly are suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 25 A load. They are used for clariflocculator/clarifier applications in water treatment plants besides other areas. Made for trouble free functioning, bakelite is the material that"s used for the part that isolates the adjacent rings from the body and rings. While gunmetal is used for current carrying rings; to ensure resistance to wear and tear, the other parts like base, flange, etc, are made of cast iron. Another important feature is that the base plate is a fixed part while the adopter (flange) is a moveable part which can be made as per requirements. Besides, the 1" diameter holes with conduit threading are provided on the base plate and moveable flange for incoming and outgoing cables entry. All live parts are covered with MS/CI doom for safety. The sliprings are available in different standards versions in terms of number of rings, viz, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 16 rings to connect moving loads from a stationary supply point. Special units can also be custom made for specific needs.
