Single Phasing Preventer

OCLEG Controls offers a Single Phasing Preventer (negative sequence voltage sensing). Features and benefits: voltage sensing SPP and autoswitch – it gives protections at sensing points only; it senses negative sequence component of voltage and protects the motor against phase failure, unbalanced supply and reverse phase sequence of voltage; for autoswitch, there is no need of operator, it automatically starts the motor; single phasing reverse phasing – if any one phase is removed, the unit will trip the motor; reverse phasing – when phase sequence is reversed, motor rotates in reverse direction; this condition is not desirable to run the motor, so the unit will trip the motor; low/high voltage cut-off – it senses supply voltage and protects the motor against too high or too low voltage conditions; unbalanced supply autoswitch – if voltage unbalanced is higher than 45 V ±5 V it trips the motor; autoswitch – single phasing preventer with “Auto Start” facility with separate current indication and overload protection; current sensing SPP, MGR and PumpPro – it gives protection against phase failure, overload and dry run.
