Features: manufactured from specially formulated high-impact rigid poly-vinyl chloride, durable, will not peel, crack or chip, resists oil, fungus, salt solutions, non-flammable, non-corrosive and rust proof; specially designed slots prevent popping up of wires while removing cover; slots are elongated at the bottom for smooth and fast installation; and heavy and specially designed profile of duct and cover for efficient and fast locking. Range of products: PVC sleeves, binding strap, cable markers, spiral sleeves. Applications: provides total electrical insulation; allows good looking and systematic wiring;, permits faster fault tracing and rectification; and avoids bunching of wires. Specifications: tensile strength – 390-400 kg/cm2; specific gravity – 1.38 – 1.42; IZOD impact strength – 7 kg cm/cm; hardness – 70-75 Duro D; dielectric strength – 32 kV/mm; specific resistance – 6 x 1014 ohm/cm; dielectric constant – 1.7 – 2.00; water absorption – 0.10% to 0.20% weight in 24 hrs; effect of acids and alkalis – highly resistant; working temperature – up to 65ºC; flammability – UL 94V-0; and burning rate – self extinguishing.
