Udeyraj & Sons offers Primary Current Injectors, Series PCT. It is portable, sturdy and built in powder coated sheet steel cabinets. It is essential when commissioning new protection systems and after major repair and component replacement, since it tests the whole system. It conducts timing tests on protective devices, current transformer ratio testing, etc. Standard models with continuously variable, isolated and distortion free output up to 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000A are available. It can also be used for secondary testing up to 100A. The loading transformers are heavy-duty and double wound. Output metering is on digital LED display. Time interval system is solid state, crystal base and multi-range. Primary current injection testing checks all the components of the protective system.
