Neutraliser - Static Charge Eliminator

Static charge is generated due to disturbed molecular structure of non-conductive material like plastic/textile/paper/rubber/leather etc. This leads to sticking of films to one another, improper stacking, creasing, shock hazards, attracting unwanted particles and sparking. Static eliminators are used to neutralise this disturbing electrostatic charges on various materials in all manual & automatic production areas, thus increasing productivity and reducing downtime of the machine.

Principle of Operation:
The surrounding atmosphere is ionised by applying high voltage on a sharp point, in close proximity with grounded electrodes. The air breaks into positive & negative ions. The positive ions generated neutralise the negative charge & vice versa. Thus the material is totally neutralised & no longer attracts particles.
