LV Distribution Boards/Feeder Pillars

Asiatic Electrical & Switchgear (formerly Asiatic Electronic Industries) manufactures a wide range of LV distribution switchboards/feeder pillars, which are designed to meet the individual requirements of the customers. Salient features: 3-phase, 4-wire, 50 Hz up to 500/660 V; up to IP 55 protection class; powder coated; floor mounting or flange connected; removable doors/covers; modular design; doors have removable lift off hinges with 130? to 180? opening angle and are fitted with EPDM/Neoprene seals with a range of locking system; large cable entry area from bottom through removable cable gland plates; cubicle switch boards are supplied in different combination of fuse switch units and off-load isolators as required by the customer; bus bars used are of electrolytic copper supported on non-hygroscopic DMC/hylam supports rigidly fixed on to the frame work; the bus bars are designed to withstand the desired fault level currents; metering or protection to suit customer needs can be provided on demand; emergency incomer provision can also be provided on request; door defeat interlocks-optional; available in CRCA/HR, galvanised mild steel or aluminium sheet enclosures; the fabricated enclosures/housings undergo a process of chemical pretreatment as per laid down procedures before being powder coated. The company believes in providing standardised power distribution and protection solutions for uninterrupted power supply. Its products are type tested at CPRI India/KEMA Holland and are approved in Tata?s (NDPL) New Delhi, Reliance Energy Ltd., L&T, BESCOM ? Banglore and a host of Electricity Boards across the world.
