LOOP POWERED ISOLATOR

Radix Electrosystems offers a current to current loop powered isolator, Model LPI 100. It accepts an input of 4 to 20 mA and produces a 4 to 20 mA output with a transfer accuracy of 0.1%. The temperature coefficient of accuracy is 0.1% per ?C, and the input voltage drop less than 4.5 V. Any load of 0 to 500 ohms can be connected to the output without change of accuracy. This eliminates the need for load trimming at site, which is required to be done in the imported models available in India. The input/output isolation is 1500 V AC for 1 minute, and 250 V AC continuous. The instrument is housed in a 22 x 74 x 97 mm DIN rail enclosure. A model with 0 to 20 mA input/output and a low cost model with load trimming are also available.
