Ionator Generators

Jay Static Controllers manufactures a range of electrical products to neutralise the effects of static electricity. The range of ionator generators include three models-Model 'Neutron K' type is inbuilt with a capacity for handling 4 electrodes of 2"to 72"(50 mm to 1,830 mm) specially used where twin type electrodes system's application is there and the web is proceeded at higher speed. It is provided with indicator, lamp fuse switch along with output selection and pushbutton which can be used for controlling output voltage as per application. Model 'Neutron JB' type is inbuilt with a capacity for handling 8 electrodes at a time of 2"to 36"(50 mm to 9 15 mm) which is provided with dial lamp and fuse along with output voltage selections pushbutton which can be used for controlling the output voltage as per application. The third one is a Variable type model which has inbuilt capacity for handling air nozzles, air guns, air blowers, air curtains, air cleaners, etc. The output voltage of all these generators varies from 5 kV to 20 kV AC. Operating input voltage is 230 V/50 Hz AC. Power consumption is 40 to 80 W.
