Fluxotherm (India) is one of the world’s well-known manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of various high and low power medium frequency induction melting furnaces and auxiliaries such as industrial cooling system, auxiliary cooling system, industrial cooling system, water cooling system, hydraulic auxiliaries and many more. Powering up a load matched electrical system at all working conditions during melting process and lining campaign was accomplished in HPS designs to deliver optimum melt rate and energy efficient performance. High power system design provides power rating to high end melting system combinations. Product range in HPS systems: power rating – 1000 kW to 3000 kW; frequency rating – 200 Hz/600 Hz; and furnace capacity – 1500 kg to 8000 kg. Custom built system combinations mainly for ferrous melting and suitably selected systems for non-ferrous and aluminium melting derived from this range of products design features ensure.
