Energy/Power Saver For Cooling Towers

Vajra Marketing offers a digital energy saver, Advanced Cool Arts-SB. This is an electronic sensor based controller that controls the fan motor situated on the top of the cooling tower with respect to the temperature of the water in the tank below the cooling tower. It even allows one see the actual temperature of the water, set temperature, along with a fully automatic water level controller, a hooter control (for emergency), sensor open indication, hour meter to monitor the On time, and a host of other features. Energy saving with this device is to such an extent that the cost of the unit is recovered in just 2 months by way of savings. The energy saved can be monitored with On and Off hour meters. The device comes with a 3 probe water level controller which is connected to the inlet fresh water pump to automatically maintain the level of water. It comes with a standard 2 feet long sensor. The user selectable setting is from 0 deg to 99°C. This can be used with any make of cooling tower, of any capacity, for any application such as centralised air conditioning, refrigeration, chemical plants, plastic units, foundaries, etc.
