Energy Saver For Cooling Towers

Cool Arts-SB Energy Saver is a sensor based controller that controls the fan motor situated on top of the cooling tower, with respect to the temperature of water in the tank below. Energy thus saved is to the extent of recovering the cost of the unit in just two months. The energy saved is calculated on the basis of the fan motor off time. Cool Arts-SB is a maintenance free unit which runs by itself without any attention. Three models are available--low cost, standard and advanced. Each unit comes with a minimum 2 feet long sensor that senses the water temperature depending on the setting (5-50&248;"C). It switches off the fan motor when the water cools down to the set temperature, thereby saving unnecessary wastage of electricity. Additionally, the system incorporates: a. Water level indicator; b. Warning light for water level and over heating of water; c. By-pass option in case of energency; and, d. Built-in circuitry to prevent motor burn out. The unit can be used with any make or capacity of cooling tower, for any application such as centralised air conditioning, refrigeration, chemical plants, plastic units, foundries, etc.
