Hi-Tec Motors manufactures switch board panel, HT/LT capacitor control panel, HT/LT feeder pillars, SPM control panel, PLC control panel, heavy duty automatic starters, turnkey electrical projects Hi Tec manufacturing unit is ideally located and equipped with a full fledged design department, with a total shop floor space of 6000 sq.feet and quality fabrication unit with suitable machines and equipments. Other facilities include: pretreatment with seven tank facility includes derusting, dergressing, phosphating and passivation process; a sophisticated powder coating system; inspection and testing as per IS 8623; and well established quality management system as per ISO 9001. Full fledged computerised drawing and designing facilities save time, increase efficiency and improve the quality of work output. The client approved drawings are taken up for manufacturing which starts with the process of fabrication. The existing machinery setup is being used to produce a wide variety of sections without specialised and expensive tooling. It also has the capacity to produce multiple bends thereby minimising welding. The panels are assembled, interconnected, wired and offered for testing and inspection. All panel boards are tested as per IS 8623 specifications and have ISO 9001 accreditation.
