Electrical Network Analyser-Cum-Harmonics Analyser

Multiver3SN is a portable electrical network analyser cum-harmonics analyser from Dossena & C, Italy, for the measurement of electric system parameters and the principle phenomenon related to the evaluation of the quality of power. It is a one-man and a must instrument for-all those concerned with equipment reliability and for all those who want to identify and correct the power quality related problems. It is suitable for single phase, three-phase 3-wire and 3-phase 4-wire systems. The instrument includes an industrial PC card with touch -screen display, 1 M bytes (optionally higher up to 16 M bytes) memory management and the operator interface. The instrument is used to perform measurements of all the electrical parameters (114 parameters), visualise and recording/memorising 25 parameters simultaneously during the data acquisition campaign and also the active and reactive energy consumption analysis through user programmable time bands. It is also used to capture and visualise three voltage and four current waveforms and perform the FFT harmonic analysis up to 25th harmonics so also the transient analysis of the captured waveform. A floppy disk drive is included for dumping the field data without the need to either taking a PC to the measurement site or taking an instrument to the PC for emptying the memory. The instrument is primarily designed for use on LT system up to 600 V and 1,000 Amps, but it can be used on MV/HT system with proper accessories.
