ELECTRIC BRAZING SOLUTION

Keje Electric Company offers Electric Brazing Solutions. It is used to braze various components economically with excellent brazing quality. The components to be brazed are kept between the electrodes with brazing machine. The high current passing through the job heats the components to required brazing temperature in a short tune resulting in an excellent brazed joint. A variety of electrodes is used to braze different metals. Electrode materials are so selected as to maintain proper temperature. Dissimilar metals are also brazed like SS to copper, MS to brass, etc. Electrode material also will change depending on metal to be brazed. The brazed joint obtained has excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Filler material for brazing is usually pre-placed in the joint in the form of foil, wire, ribbon or washer about 0.003 to 0.005 in. thick (like, aluminium brazing alloys, silver brazing alloys, copper brazing alloys and brazing brasses). A flux is used to provide a coating to minimise oxidation of the work metal during heating and dissolving oxide that are present or that may form during heating. To monitor brazing temperature, temperature-controlling indicator is provided.
