PECO Industries, an ISO 9001: 2000 company certified by BVQI, is one of the leading manufacturers of low tension switchgear, fuse gear and control gear. Right from its inception till now, the organisation has made steady progress in successfully developing and marketing various switchgear products; the focus has always been quality products and manufacturing processes with a difference. The company offers DOL Motor Starters, Type PC. Ratings: PC 1.5 DOL – 10 HP to 15 HP, 3-phase; PC-2 DOL – 17.5 HP to 20 HP, 3-phase; PC-3 DOL – 25 HP to 30 HP, 3-phase; and PC-4 DOL – 35 HP to 50 HP, 3-phase. Salient features: incorporated with type PC; thermal overload relays having wide current ranges and type PC contactors; PECO motor starter, type PC are specially designed and manufactured for accurate performance in Indian industries; contactor and relays are manufactured to withstand high ambient temperature humidity and under voltage; sheet steel enclosure is robust and powder coated to withstand stringent condition of Indian atmosphere; and degree of protection – IP42, as per IS: 13947 (part-4/sec-1), with ISI marked contactors and thermal over load relay. All products manufactured by the company conform to technical guidelines laid down by Bureau of Indian Standards, and hence most bear the ISI mark. The original activities concentrated on low tension HRC fuse links and fuse bases for various industries such as power stations, telecom, railways, mines, etc. Over the years, the company introduced various sizes of fuses and fuse bases to its existing product line, in accordance with the requirements of customers in terms of more compactness in size, higher level of operational safety and ease of application.
