Digital Energy Power Saver For Cooling Towers

Digital Energy Saver is the advanced version of Cool Arts-SB, a sensor based controller that controls the fan motor of a cooling tower with respect to the water temperature. It displays the actual temperature of water and the set temperature. It also features a fully automatic water level controller, a hooter control (for emergency), sensor open indication, hour meter to monitor the On time of the motor, and a host of other features. Energy thus saved enables to recover the cost of the unit in just 2 months by way of savings in electricity. The energy saved can be monitored with On and Off hour meters. The unit comes with a 3 probe water level controller which is connected to the inlet fresh water pump to automatically maintain the level of water. It has a standard 2 feet long sensor. Salient features: Digital display of actual water temperature; User selectable setting of motor On and motor Off temperatures; User selectable warning hooter temperature; Built-in water level controller with 3 levels; Automatic switch over to manual mode in case of emergency; Motor On hour-meter and motor Off hour-meter for monitoring the savings; and, user selectable setting from 0 to 99C. The unit can be used with any make or capacity of cooling tower, for any application such as centralised air conditioning, refrigeration, chemical plants, plastic units, foundries, etc.
